摘　　要：本文在总结落实草原生态保护补助奖励机制已取得的明显成效及落实过程中存在问题的前提下,提出了关于进一步做好落实奖补机制的意见和建议,对加强技术支撑,完善管护体系和相关制度建设,全面落实奖补机制政策具有积极作用。This article in summarizes the implementation of the grassland ecological protection subsidies reward mechanism of achievements and problems in the process of implementing premise, put forward on further ready to carry out the award mechanism of opinions and suggestions, to strengthen the technical support, perfect management system and related system construction, the full implementation of prize mechanism policy has a positive effect.
