摘 要:南京长江四桥主桥为主跨1 418m的双塔三跨悬索桥,桥塔采用混合式结构形式,上横梁下设置钢拱梁,构造成拱门式造型,钢拱梁通过5根竖杆与上横梁连为一体,钢拱梁与塔柱之间设置钢拱梁定位埋件;钢拱梁(除拱脚段为钢箱混凝土外)、竖杆为钢结构,分别分5个节段和11个节段制作。为确保塔柱施工满足要求,通过计算确定了钢拱梁定位埋件的精度控制方案和施工措施(安装4道横撑)。总体施工顺序为上横梁→竖杆→钢拱梁。钢拱梁定位埋件定位前,将上、下游塔柱采用锁定桁架(第三道横撑)锁定。竖杆及钢拱梁采取工厂制造、船运至现场、通过吊装系统安装就位的方案施工。The main bridge of the Fourth Nanjing Changjiang River Bridge is a two-tower three-span suspension bridge with a main span of 1 418 m .The towers are hybrid structures ,a steel arch beam is installed under the upper cross beam of the tower to form an arch-shaped gate structure and is connected to the upper cross beam by five vertical struts .The embedded positio-ning components for the steel arch beam were placed between the steel arch beam and the tower columns .The steel arch beam (except the arch springing which is steel box concrete structure ) and the vertical struts are made of steel .The steel arch beam was fabricated in five segments ,and the vertical struts 11 segments .To ensure that the construction of the tower legs could meet the re-quirements ,the precision control scheme and the construction measures for the embedded positio -ning components of the steel arch beam were determined via calculation .Four lateral bracings are added .The overall construction sequence is from the upper cross beam to the vertical struts and then to the steel arch beam .Before the installation of the positioning embedded components of the steel arch beam ,the upstream and downstream tower legs were locked by the locking trusses (the third lateral bracing ) .The vertical struts and the steel arch beams were fabricated in the factory , shipped to the bridge site and installed into position by the hoisting and erection system .
