摘　　要：移动模架在桥梁施工装备中地位特殊,安全问题突出,通过对移动模架工程背景、发展现状、事故特点等分析,将出现安全问题的主要原因概括为装备可靠性差和运行管理落后两方面,并结合典型案例从设计和运行管理方面对安全问题进行探讨。其中设计方面的缺陷包括:计算假定与实际不符、某些参数或指标取值不当、缺乏联动分析与系统集成研究、未引入可靠性设计理论与控制技术、对某些功能的操作方法未考虑配套措施和必要的安全装置等;运行管理及其它相关问题主要涉及制造与验收、使用与维护、人员培训与现场管理等内容。The movable formwork plays a role in the bridge construction quite different from other equipment and its safety should be given special concern .Based on the analysis of the engi-neering background ,status quo of development and the failure features of the movable formwork , it was concluded that the poor reliability and operation management were the main causes leading to the safety problems .Furthermore ,the safety issue was discussed from the aspects of design and operation management taking into consideration of typical cases .The defects associated with the design include the followings ：the calculation assumption does not agree with the actual condition , some parameters or indexes are not given proper values ,there lacks the linkage analysis and sys-tem integration study ,the theory of reliability design and control technology were not introduced into the study ,and the supplementary measures and necessary safety devices were not considered for the operation of certain functions .The operation management and other related problems are mainly connected with manufacture and acceptance ,application and maintenance ,personnel train-ing and site management .
