摘 要:目的 通过Micro CT检测腰椎峡部,运用Micro CT的后处理功能-骨分析,检测腰椎峡部骨微细结构,并探讨其变化趋势.方法 对30具成人尸体标本的L1~L5双侧峡部,共300个干燥腰椎峡部进行扫描,检测峡部的骨微细结构参数,并分析比较L1~L5峡部骨微细结构的差异性.结果 L5腰椎峡部BMD值最低,L2腰椎峡部BMD值次之,L4腰椎峡部BMD值最高;L5和L2腰椎峡部BV/TV值较低,L4腰椎峡部BV/TV值最高;L5和L2腰椎峡部Tb.Th值较低,L4腰椎峡部Tb.Th值最高;L5腰椎峡部Tb.Sp值最高,L1和L4腰椎峡部Tb.Sp值较低.结论 L2、L4峡部骨质较腰椎各峡部骨质密集、骨小梁较粗;L1、L5峡部骨质较腰椎各峡部骨质稀疏,骨小梁较细;L3峡部骨质微细结构居腰椎各峡部骨质微细结构的一般水平.Objective To detect lumbar isthmus bone microstructure and to explore the change tendency among them through Micro CT and its post-bone analysis processing function. Methods The L1-L5 lumbar isthmus on both sides of 30 adult specimens, total 300 dry lumbar isthmus, were scanned to detect the isthmus bone microstructure parameters, and to analyze and compare the microstructure differences among L1-L5 isthmus bones. Results The bone mineral density (BMD) of 1.5 lumbar isthmus was the lowest, followed by that of L2 lumbar isthmus. The BMD of L4 lumbar isthmus was the highest. The BV/TV of L2 and L5 lumbar isthmus were low, but that of L4 lumbar isthmus was high. The Tb. Th of L2 and L5 lumbar isthmus were low, and that of L4 lumbar isthmus was the highest. The Tb. Sp of L5 lumbar isthmus was the highest, and those of L1 and L4 lumbar isthmus were low. Conclusion The isthmic bones of L2 and L4 lumbar isthmus bone are dense, while their trabeeular bones are thicker; the isthmic bones of L1 and L5 lumbar isthmus bone are sparse, while their trabecular bones are fine; the bone microstructure parameters of L3 lumbar isthmus are on the average values.
