摘 要:对某型车用电励磁爪极发电机进行研究,建立了场路耦合三维有限元模型。基于该模型计算并比较空载和负载时的气隙磁密,利用MATLAB软件对气隙磁密进行了谐波分析,研究表明电枢反应使得负载时气隙磁场发生畸变、磁密幅值减小。利用经典的Maxwell应力张量法计算径向电磁力,结果表明电磁力与气隙磁密的大小具有一致性,且电磁力在低频时的幅值较大。The study of a vehicular electrical excitation claw-pole generator was conducted, first a field circuit coupled three-dimensional finite element model was created. The air-gap flux density of the model on the no-load and load operating mode were calculated and compared based on this model. And the air gap flux density harmonics were analyzed by using the MATLAB software. Studies show that the armature reaction makes the air-gap magnetic field distorted and the amplitude of the flux density decreases when on load. The radial electromagnetic force was calculated by using the classical Maxwell tensor method, the results show that the size of the electromagnetic force and the air gap flux density are consistent and the amplitude of the electromagnetic force is larger at low frequencies.
