真武汤加减治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤辨证加减治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将106例患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合真武汤辨证加减治疗,2个疗程后对比治疗结果。结果观察组总有效率92.45%,优于对照组的73.58%,治疗后两组中医证候评分、N端脑钠肽原血清水平均较治疗前降低,左室射血分数、6 min步行距离均较治疗前提高,观察组均较对照组改善更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论真武汤加减治疗冠心病CHF可促进患者病情缓解,抑制心室重构,改善心肺功能状态,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical application effect of Zhenwu Decoction treating chronic heart fail- ure of coronary heart disease. Methods： 106 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment while observation group on the basis of that was added Zhenwu Decoction. After 2 coumes of treatment, the results were compared. Results： Observation group has the total efficiency of 92.45%, higher than 73.58% of control group after treatment. TCM symptoms scores and N terminal brain natriuretic peptide levels in serum were lower than those before treatment in both groups. Left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking distance increased than those before treatment, Observation group improved more significantly than control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zhenwu Decoction treating CHD of CHF can contribute to patients in remission,inhibit left ventricular remodeling,improve heart and lung function,and improve clinical efficacy.
