腹针疗法治疗腰椎手术失败综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹针疗法治疗腰椎手术失败综合征(FBSS)的临床疗效。方法将77例患者随机分为治疗组39例与对照组38例。治疗组采用腹针疗法;对照组采用常规针刺疗法。根据治疗前后腰腿疾患治疗成绩评分(JOA)计算改善率,比较两组的临床疗效;采用视神经模拟疼痛评分(VAS)作为疼痛评定指标。结果两组治疗后JOA评分均较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01),以治疗组为优(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率94.87%,高于对照组之76.32%(P<0.05);各疗程两组VAS评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论腹针疗法治疗FBSS疗效肯定,具有处方标准化、操作规范化、辨证条理化、针刺无疼痛、患者易接受等优点。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of failed back surgery syndrome（FBSS）. Methods： A total of 77 patients were randomly divided into treatment （n= 39） and control group（n=38）. Patients in the treatment group accepted abdominal acupuncture therapy and those in the control group underwent conventional acupuncture therapy. Improvement rate was calculated from the JOA scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of two groups were statistically compared. VAS score was u- tilized an evaluating index for pain. Results： JOA scores in both groups were significantly increased after treat- ment （P 〈 0.01）,especially JOA score in the treatment group. Overall efficacious rate in the treatment group achieved up to 94.87%, significantly higher than 76.32% in the control group （P〈 0.05）. VAS scores for each pe- riod of treatment were significantly decreased after corresponding therapies （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）. For the same period of treatment,VAS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The abdominal acupuncture therapy has multiple advantages for the treatment of FBSS including standardized prescription, unified operation, orderliness of syndrome differentiation ,no acupunc- ture pain, and high acceptance by patients, etc, which is worthy of widespread application in clinical settings.
