中医正骨理筋手法配合消定膏外敷治疗踝关节扭伤62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察正骨理筋手法配合消定膏外敷在踝关节扭伤中的临床疗效。方法对我院骨科门诊就诊的62例患者给予正骨理筋手法、中药外敷、U型胶布外固定。结果优良率93.55%,总有效率98.39%。结论中医正骨理筋手法配合消定膏外敷对踝关节扭伤患者具有较快消除肿胀、缓解疼痛、恢复关节活动度,具有良好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM bone setting manipulation with external application of Chinese herbs on sprained ankle. Methods： 62 patients were treated with TCM bone setting manipulation,ex- ternal application of Chinese herbs, and U-type plaster fixation. Result： The total efficiency rate was 98.39% and the excellent and efficient rate was 93.55%. Conclusion： TCM bone setting manipulation with external application of Chinese herbs can quickly eliminate swelling, relief pain, and recover joint activity, so it has good curative effect.
