正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用正清风痛宁注射液电致孔导入治疗痛风性关节炎30例并与对照组(A组生理盐水电致孔透皮给药30例、B组秋水仙碱口服治疗30例)进行疗效对比。结果治疗组和对照组A、对照组B的总有效率分别为90.00%、66.67%、93.33%,治疗组疗效显著高于对照组A(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别为3.33%、0、43.34%,治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组B(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗痛风性关节炎疗效满意、不良反应少。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Zhengqinfengtongning injection with electroporation treating gouty arthritis. Methods： 90 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups： treatment group ,control group A and control group B. 30 cases of treatment group were treated by Zhengqinfengtongning in- jection with electroporation,30 cases of control group A were treated by normal saline injection with electropora- tion,and 30 cases of control group B were given oral colchicine treatment. Curative effects of the 3 groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00% while the rates of control group A and B were 66.67% and 93.33% respectively. Treatment group was more efficient than control group A（P〈 0.05 ）. Unto- ward effect rate of them were 3.33% ,0 and 43.34% respectively,among which rate of treatment group was less than that of control group B （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zhengqinfengtongning injection with electroporation has a positive effect on gouty arthritis.
