摘　　要：文中以阳煤集团地测数字档案管理系统为例,介绍了基于GIS技术构建煤矿数字档案管理系统的主要技术和方法。系统采用三层体系设计方法,基于ArcGIS软件平台,采用Visual Studio和.NET进行二次开发,利用空间数据库技术整合和集成了管辖矿区长期积累的各类资料,构建了阳煤集团数字档案资料管理系统,实现了在GIS平台上各类勘探测绘成果的检索与直观展示。通过煤矿数字档案管理系统的建设,达到了煤矿档案资料信息化管理;提升了集团对档案资料的管理水平;为阳煤集团安全生产提供决策支持。In the paper,the author introduces the main techniques and methods to build mines digital archive management system based on GIS technology,taking the measure digital file management system for an example in Yangquan Coal.The system uses three — tier system design methods and Visual Studio and.NET to develop secondary based on ArcGIS software platform,builds a digital file management system in Yangquan Coal,uses the spatial database technology to integrate the long- term accumulation various types data in jurisdiction mine,realizes the retrieval and visual display of the exploration mapping results on the GIS platform.The author achieves the mine archives information management,enhances the Groups management of file data through the construction of coal mines digital file management system.These provide the decision support for the production safety inYangquan Coal.
