摘  要:研究了高频感应加热膏剂渗硼和渗硼层共晶化处理的工艺、渗层组织。探讨了这种工艺的原理和机制。研究表明,高频感应加热渗硼-共晶化复合热处理具有处理时间短、节约能源、易于操作和实现机械化、自动化生产,以及成本低廉等特点。采用这种方法处理的钢铁工件表面可以获得硼化物和共晶体的渗硼层,与单一的硼化物层相比,不仅硬度高、耐磨性优良,而且韧性好,使用中不易剥落。A process of paste boronizing followed by eutecticum treating by high-frequency induction heating and the resulting case microstructure were investigated , and the principle and mechanism of this process also were discussed .The experimental investigation shows that the above-mentioned process has a lot of advantages , such as shorter treating duration , energy saving , being easy to manipulate and to achieve mechanization and automatization , lower cost, etc.The case of steels boronized and then eutecticum treated by high-frequency induction heating consists of boride and eutectic , having higher hardness , better wear resistance , better toughness and spalling resistance in service relative to the case with a single boride .
