摘　　要：结合某企业的生产实际,分析了影响ISP工艺锌冶炼回收率的主要因素,包括鼓风炉的运行状况、浮渣和兰粉产出率、鼓风炉炉渣带走锌、鼓风炉渣含锌回收水平、物料的回收使用及收尘效果等,同时提出并实践了一系列的对策,使ISP工艺锌冶炼回收率得以提高,从而提高了企业效益。According to the production practice of the enterprise , this paper analyzes the main factors affect-ing the zinc recovery rate in the ISP process , including the operation situation of blast furnace ,the output rate of blast furnace scum and blue pow der , the containing zinc of blast furnace slag ,the zinc recovery level of blast furnace slag , the usage of material and the effect of dust collecting . At the same time ,a series of measures were put forward and practice , the zinc smelting recovery rate in the ISP process is improved , thus improving the benefit of enterprises .
