摘　　要：通过对方头螺栓胎模锻与自由锻优点的比较,介绍了通过充分利用胎模来生产锻件,可达到不断降低锻件毛坯重量,减少加工工时目的。设计合理的锻膜结构和不断改进锻模结构,是该工艺的关键。By comparing the advantages between loose tooling forging with the free forging on forging square-head bolt , it is introduced that by utilizing membranes to produce forging can achieve forging blank to decrease weight and reduce the processing time . Reasonable design of forging die structure , mem-brane structure and the continuous improvement is the key to this process .
