摘　　要：文中首先介绍了价值链成本管理的相关概念,进而引入江西长运股份有限公司利用价值链进行成本管理的应用作为举例,并对进一步优化价值链成本管理在江西长运的应用提出了建议。This paper introduces the concepts of value chain cost management, then introduces the Jiangxi Changyun Limited by Share Ltd for the application of cost management based on value chain, and to further optimize the value chain cost management were proposed in the application of Jiangxi Changyun.
