摘 要:当前企业面临的市场竞争更为激烈,生存环境更为复杂,尤其在面对变化迅速且无法预测的买方市场,企业应具有较强的处理环境变化和由环境引起的不确定性的能力。敏捷制造正是在这种环境下提出来的,作为一种战略,就是要在尽可能短的时间内,能快速响应市场变化、向市场提供高性能高可靠性等特点的产品。文中是在敏捷制造背景下提出一系列的物流战略,以体现敏捷制造的真正价值。At present, enterprises are facing a more intense competition in the market and a more complex living environment. Especially in the face of a buyer's market full of rapid and unpredictable changes, enterprises should have strong abilities to deal with environmental changes and uncertainties induced by the environment. Agile manufacturing is put forward in this context. As a strategy, it requires us to respond quickly to market changes and provide products with high reliability and high performance in the shortest time as possible. This paper is to propose a series of logistics strategy under agile manufacturing mode, in order to reflect the true value of agile manufacturing.
