摘 要:随着金融危机所带来的航空速运市场的不景气以及国内各种运输方式的激烈竞争,航空速递企业的发展越来越艰难。与此同时,航空速递企业的核心竞争力——时间竞争力也越来越突出。而目前,我国航空速递企业大多枢纽、节点配置结构不当,枢纽覆盖面太大,配送路径偏长、配送时间耗时。与航空速递追求的时间价值之间的矛盾越来越突出。基于这种情况,文中以追求速度为第一目标,基于时间窗对航空速递企业地面物流配送路径进行建模优化。Along with the financial crisis brought about by the air speed transport market slump and the fierce competition in the domestic any mode of transport, air express delivery enterprise development more and more difficult.
