发展特色产业簇群 提升县域经济竞争力

摘　　要：近年来,全国各创业园区、高新技术开发区的规划、新建和发展日新月异,簇群现象对区域经济发展起到的推动作用越来越引起人们的关注。文中首先从产业簇群竞争力的作用入手进行了理论研究;然后从石家庄地区产业簇群的实际情况进行描述和分析,得出结论:石家庄主要产业簇群有了一定的发展,但相对竞争力还亟需提高;最后从人力资源现状进行分析,提出促进石家庄地区县域产业竞争力提高的对策与措施。Along with tremendous change in recent years then, more and more greatly professional market, entrepreneurial park, hi-tech development zone planning are newly building and developing, the role of Cluster phenomenon in the regional economic development is more and more aroused people＇s concern. Firstly, from the function of industry cluster competitiveness theory research, the authors descript and analysis the actual situation of Shijiazhuang area industrial cluster, and give us the conclusions： Major industrial clusters of Shijiazhuang city has a certain development, but relatively competitive also needs improving; Finally, the author analyses the human resources situation, puts forward countermeasures and measures to promote the competitiveness of the industry in Hebei Province.
