第三产业循环经济发展的路径探析

摘　　要：通过分析第三产业对GDP的贡献率增速明显,其在循环经济系统中具有耦合作用,产业范围的划分奠定其发展循环经济的基础,第三产业发展与循环经济综合发展呈负相关,表明大力发展第三产业循环经济,是新型经济增长方式的优先选择。重点阐述发展第三产业循环经济的有效实施途径,应着重在产业主体绿色化、服务过程清洁化、绿色消费模式化、循环型服务业群落化、三次产业耦合化等方面的积极探索。This paper analyses the obvious contribution of the tertiary industry to GDP growth ,its coupling effect in the circular economy system , the foundation of division of industry wide ,the negatively correlated to the tertiary industry development and comprehensive development of circular economy ,shows that the circular economy is the preferred choice for new economic growth mode.It states the effective way of the circular economy development in the tertiary industry ：greening of the industry subject ,cleaning the service process ,fostering the green consumption mode ,service industry clustering and three industries coupling.
