摘　　要：目的探讨MRI内耳水成像检查对幼儿人工耳蜗植入术前评估的价值。方法对2011年6月—2012年2月拟行人工耳蜗植入术的101例耳聋幼儿行术前MRI内耳水成像检查,观察内耳形态和蜗神经发育情况。结果 74例双侧内耳结构正常,27例内耳结构异常。蜗神经发育异常3例。结论幼儿人工耳蜗植入术前MRI内耳水成像对内耳畸形的诊断及人工耳蜗植入术前的评估具有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of MRI internal water image in preoperative evaluation for cochlear prosthesis implantations in children. Methods Preoperative tests of MRI internal water image were performed in 101 deaf children during June 2011 and February 2012, who were to undergo cochlear prosthesis implantations. The internal forms and development of cochlear nerve were observed. Results Normal internal forms were found in 74 patients, and abnormal forms were found in 27 patients. Three patients had cochlear nerve dysplasia （CND）. Conclusion Preopera- tive evaluation for cochlear prosthesis implantations in children plays an important role in diagnosing malformation of inter- nal ears and preoperative evaluation.
