摘  要:通过Pro/E三维建模软件进行参数化快速建模,建立精确的少齿差行星齿轮减速器的三维模型。将三维模型导入ADAMS中进行运动学及动力学仿真分析,获得核心单元的运动学及动力学参数及其输出特性曲线。通过该曲线验证减速器模型的运动特性是否满足设计要求,缩短设计周期,节省设计经费;同时获得各个运动零部件上所受的极限载荷,为进行有限元分析提供必要的参数,为结构的优化设计奠定基础。The accurate model of the planetary gear reducer with small tooth number difference is obtained by means of the rapid parametric 3D model-building based on Pro/E. Then the 3D model is imported into ADAMS to achieve the kinematics and dynamics analysis. The important kinematics and dynamics parameters and the output characteristics curves of the core unit are obtained to verify the requirement of the kinematics performance. So, the design cycle is shortened and the design funding is reduced. The limited loads on the motion components are also obtained to provide the necessary parameters for the finite element analysis and to lay the foundation for the optimization of the structure.
