摘 要:配模设计是拉拔工艺设计的核心,对保证拉拔质量和效率至关重要。基于等差外径减缩系数KD和壁厚减缩系数KS的拉拔配模法(等差法),提出一种等差法与塑性有限元数值模拟相结合的圆管拉拔配模方法。该方法包括:采用等差法进行初始配模设计;采用塑性有限元对初始配模设计进行数值模拟分析及评价;根据分析结果,调节配模参数,优化配模设计。采用此方法对某规格的铝圆管冷拉拔进行配模设计,并通过生产工艺验证。等差法与数值模拟相结合的圆管拉拔配模方法可有效地保证圆管拉拔配模设计的成功率。Die design is essential to drawing process, product quality and production efficiency of tubes. A die design approach will be combined with the arithmetic method, in which the reduction rates, KDand Ks, of the outer diameter and the thickness are defined as arithmetical progressions, and FE numerical simulation is proposed for cold-drawing of round tubes. The approach consists of following steps: initial design of the drawing die parameters by the arithmetic method, analysis and evaluation of the initial design via the plasticity FE simulation, and regulation and optimization of the parameters of the drawing dies according to the results of step. The approach is successfully applied to the die design of cold-drawing of an aluminum round tube product and will effectively improve and ensure the quality of the die design of colddrawing of round tubes.
