摘 要:提出使用氘灯205~210 nm测量SO2气体浓度的方法,相对于传统的化学方法,本方法测量效率高、测量精度高、操作过程简单,测量成本也相对较低。使用氘灯作为光源,发出光经聚光镜准直后照射待测SO2气体,经过待测气体的透射光再由聚光镜汇聚到光纤光谱仪的光纤探头,由光谱仪绘出气体吸收光谱。利用比尔定律推导近邻峰谷比值表示待测SO2气体浓度的方法,给出SO2气体浓度值与测量SO2气体的特征光谱峰谷比之间的关系,经定标实验精度达到1 ppm。Measurement of concentration of SO2 between 205 - 220 nm is presented, compared with the traditional chemical method measuring concentration of SO2, which needs less equipment, simple operation, low cost, and can measure the concentration of SO2 with high efficiency and accuracy. This method uses the deuterium lamp as light source, which is convert to Collimating light by condenser lens, and then passes through the SO2. The transmission light is focused on the fibre-optics probe of fiber optic spectrometer. Based on the Beer's law, the formula of concentration of SO2 is deduced. In experiment, conclusion is made on the relation between adjacent peak-valley ratio and concentration of SO2. The accuracy of measurement can reach 1 ppm.
