摘  要:目的探索高职生核心职业素质模型,编制高信、效度评价工具;方法通过查找文献和访谈相结合,编制高职生核心职业素质测评工具,经试测和大规模抽样调查,对有效数据进行因素分析和信效度检验;结果因素分析所获维度与理论构想的类中心基本吻合,结构效度较好;再测信度为0.956(P<0.001),克伦巴赫系数为0.932(P<0.001),工具具备高信度;验证性因素分析所有指标均证明模型拟合较好。结论该量表具备高信效度,可用于测评高职生的核心职业素质。The aim of the study is to explore the core professional quality model of vocational college students and compile an assessment tool with high reliability and validity. Based on relevant literature search and interviews, an assessment tool for vocational college students' core professional quality has been complied. By means of a trial test and a large-scale sampling survey, relevant factor analysis and a test of reliability and validity have been implemented for valid data. The result shows that the dimensions gained from the factor analysis accord with the class center of the theoretical conception, which proves the high structural validity of the model. The test-retest reliability of 0. 956 ( P 〈 0. 001 ) and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 932 ( P 〈 0. 001 ) have shown the high reliability of the tool. Meanwhile, all the indicators from the confirmatory factor analysis have proved that the model can work well. In conclusion, the scale, with high reliability and validity, can be used to assess vocational college students' core professional quality.
