扬州水生态环境的提升与保护研究

摘　　要：扬州地处长三角,以江淮分水岭为界,同时又作为南水北调输水工程中重要的一环,因此,水环境的保护与提升对扬州市而言具有重要的意义。笔者从宏观上到微观(技术)上,提出通过制定整体规划,划分水生态功能区,构建水生态文明分区分类评价体系,设计合理的水资源配置体系,建设水污染防控体系,应用生物生态技术等办法,全方位、系统化、分层次、分阶段逐步实现扬州水环境的质的提升。Located in the Yangtze delta region, Yangzhou is bordered by Jianghuai watershed and plays an important role in the water conveyance project of the South - to - North water diversion project. Therefore, the protection and promotion of water environment is of the vital significance. From macro to micro perspective, some suggestions are presented in this article to improve Yangzhou water environment quality in all-round, systematic, hierarchical and phased implementation way, such as formulating the overall plan, dividing aquatic ecological function areas, constructing the evaluation system of water ecological zoning classification, designing the reasonable water resources allocation system, establishing water pollution prevention and control system, applying biological eco - technology, etc..
