摘 要:公路隧道火灾风险评价研究是预防和控制公路隧道火灾事故的重要手段。通过火灾案例统计分析,运用安全系统工程方法分析公路隧道火灾事故原因,从设备因素、人员因素、环境因素以及管理因素四个方面构建公路隧道火灾风险评价指标体系。建立了基于模糊层次评价法公路隧道火灾风险评价数学模型;最后对某公路隧道进行应用实例研究,确定了公路隧道的火灾风险等级并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明公路隧道火灾风险评价指标体系以及评价方法能合理反映公路隧道的火灾风险。Study on fire risk assessment of road tunnel is an important way of prevention and control of the fire accidents.Based on the statistical analysis of fire accidents , the reasons of fire accidents in road tunnel were analyzed within the safety system engineering method .From four aspects such as equipment factor , personnel factor , environment factor and management factor , an index system of fire risk assessment theroad tunnel was build .Based on fuzzy hierarchy estimation , the mathematical model of fire risk assessment in road tunnel was build .The application research was carried out for a practical project .The risk grade of road tunnel was determined and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed .The result showed that the index system and the method of fire risk assessment can reflect the fire risk of road tunnel in a rational way .
