运动人体科学实验室管理的探讨——以钦州学院人体解剖学实验室为例

摘　　要：人体解剖学实验室存在着设备及对实验室理解观念落后,实验师资队伍结构不合理,设备、物品管理不够科学,解剖实验教学容易被忽视等问题。人体解剖学实验室管理的对策:健全实验室管理机构和制度;加强实验室师资队伍建设;对实验室仪器设备科学化、规范化管理,提高实验室仪器设备的使用率。Problems exist in the human anatomy laboratory. They include old equipments and backward understanding of concept; unreasonable structure of teachers ; unscientific equipment and goods management;easily-overlooked anatomy expefiment teaching. Countermeasures have been proposed here to improve the laboratory management system and strengthen the construction of teacher team; to promote scientific and standardized lab management ; enhance the utilization rate of lab equipment.
