摘　　要：介绍新一代天气雷达功率计和示波器的基本操作方法、注意事项和衰减值的计算方法,以利于保证仪表安全和排除故障。Based on the instruction of the basic operation methods, instructions and attenuation value calculation for power meter and oscilloscope, the security instrument and troubleshooting were guaranteed.
