摘　　要：随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,高校已经进入了以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展阶段。如何做好新形势下的教育科研工作,已成为辽宁省高校面临的一项新课题。加强高校的教育科研工作,一是端正教育思想,转变教育观念;二是加强教育科研工作的组织和领导;三是建立、完善教育科研管理的体制和机制;四是提高教育科研的质量和水平;五是提升教育科研队伍的整体素质。along with the continuous deepening of the higher education reform, colleges and universities have entered the stage in order to improve the quality as the core of connotative development. How to do a good job of education scientific research under the new situation has become a new task faced by colleges and universities in Liaoning province. To strengthen the education and scientific research of colleges and universities, the first is to correct and transform educational ideas; the second is to strengthen education scientific research organization and leadership, the third is to improve education scientific research management system and mechanism; the fourth is to improve the education quality and level of scientific research; the fifth is to promote the overall quality of the contingent of education scientific research.
