某高校分校区职工健康查体行为调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高校分校区教职工健康查体行为,探讨相关影响因素。方法对某高校分校区教职工进行问卷调查,通过logistic回归筛选相关影响因素。结果被调查教职工上年度健康查体的比例仅为33.2%,其影响因素有年龄、家庭居住地、健康的自我预判。结论应加强健康查体重要性的宣传;尽快实现健康查体的本地化;建立健康查体标准化流程,消除地区差异。Ob j ective To investigate the behavioral health checkup of district staff in a university campus ,and explore its possible influential factors .Methods A survey among the faculty was conducted ,and related factors through logistic regression was screening .Results Last year ,We surveyed faculty who made use of health checkup only 33 .2% ,and its influential factors included age ,family residence and self-anticipation of health .Conclusion We should strengthen the publicity of the importance of health check and localization the health checkup as soon as possi-ble .The standardized processes of health checkup should be built to eliminate regional differences .
