摘 要:实行产学研合作是我国经济科技发展的重要战略方针之一。实践表明,产学研合作是一个多方受益的合作,可以实现科学研究、工程设计和工业生产的有效结合。在我国的产学研合作中,合作各方存在着冲突与协作,并进行互动与协商。软对策论侧重于研究博弈游戏开始前的冲突可能发生的变化,因此,将软对策论应用到产学研合作中,具有重要的理论与现实意义。文章对产学研主体、可选方案与立场进行了界定,应用软对策论建立了我国产学研多agent合作可选方案、立场与得益的仿真模型,可对各方将采取的行动进行预测,为现实中产学研合作各方更合理决策提供有价值的参考。Carrying out industry-university-research cooperation is one of the important strategies of developing science and technology and economic in our country. The practice showed that industry-university-research cooperation is a multi-party co-operation, which could realize the effective combination of scientific research, engineering design and industrial production. In the industry-university-institute cooperation in our country, there is a conflict between all parties and collaboration, and inter-act with negotiations. Soft game theory focuses on the study of changes of conflict may occur before the start of the game. Therefore, the soft game theory is applied to the manufacture-learning-research cooperation has important theoretical and prac-tical significance. The articles was defined the main body, alternative and position. The application of soft game theory estab-lished simulation model of multi-agent cooperation selectable solution, position and benefit, which forecast actions that parties would take and provide valuable references for making more reasonable decision the industry-university-institute cooperation.
