摘　　要：针对钢筋切断机轴瓦的早期失效问题,从轴瓦的失效形式、原因入手分析,提出了避免轴瓦失效的措施及精度合理设计,从而可以提高轴瓦质量,保证钢筋切断机运行的可靠性。Aiming at early invalidation problem of bearing bush of steel bar shearing machine, the paper was put forward measures and accuracy design from aspects of invalidation form and reasons, which improved quality of bearing bush and guaranteed reliability of steel bar shearing machine.
