摘　　要：运用SWOT分析法对安康农业旅游园区化开发进行了具体分析,提出了以政府为主导,做好农业旅游园区整体规划和政策扶持,积极培育有利于特色农业旅游园区产业化发展的外在环境;以农业生态园区为载体,培育生态农业与生态旅游业产业共生耦合系统,促进产业融合,延伸产业链,丰富旅游产品;以循环经济、生态经济理论为指导,依托秦巴山区生物多样性资源,构建农业旅游园区的自然生态体系,突显生态保护价值及教育价值;以制度创新为平台,理顺关系,整合区域资源,形成合力,提升农业旅游园区的竞争力;以及创新营销方式,培育区域品牌等开发策略。The author concretely analyzed the development of agricultural tourism garden in Ankang by using the method of SWOT analysis, and put forward the following development strategies ： under the guidance of the government, formulating the overall planning and favorable policies for developing agricultural tourism garden, actiwly cultivating a better external environment for the industrial development of featured - agriculture tourism garden; using agricultural ecological garden as a cartier, breeding the mutu- alistie coupling system of ecological agriculture and ecological tourism industry, promoting industrial integration, extending the in- dustrial chain, and enriching tourism products; according to the theories o fgircular economy and ecological economy, relying on the biodiversity resources in the Qinba mountain, constructing the natural ecological system of agricultural tourism garden, and high- lighting its ecological protection value and education value; taking system innovation as a platform, coordinating various relations, integrating the regional resources to form a resultant force, and enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural tourism garden; innova- ting the marketing mode, and cultivating regional brands.
