江西省基层农技推广“综合建站”模式的探索

摘　　要：近年来,我国农业技术推广工作取得了长足发展,但在推广理念、体制机制、方式方法、队伍素质和保障条件等方面还存在着诸多不适应。江西省基于上述现状,创新提出"综合建站"模式。本文主要介绍了江西省实施基层农技推广体系改革的基本思路、探索历程和对策措施,以及下一步构建高效服务体系的展望。In recent years, the work of agricultural technology extension in China has gained a considerable development, but the idea, system and mechanism, methods, team quality and assurance conditions of agricultural technology extension are still ina- daptable to new situations. Based on the above current situation, Jiangxi province innovatively put forward the mode of ＂comprehen- sively constructing station＂. This paper mainly introduces the basic idea, exploration course and measures of implementing the re- form of grass - roots agricultural technology extension system in Jiangxi province, and discusses the prospects of building a high - ef- ficient service system in the next step.
