摘　　要：针对粉末制品压坯成形工艺要求,介绍了高性能粉末制品成形液压机设计要点;介绍了主机结构特点以及油箱上平面废油收集和主机四周围板辅助装置设计的必要性;介绍了压机的工艺动作要求以及根据粉末压制工艺在液压原理上的对主缸压力、比例调压、顶缸退回速度等方面的改进设计等。By analyzing the technology requirements of forming process for powder products, the key design points of high performance hydraulic press for powder products have been introduced in the text. The necessities of collecting wasting oil on upside surface of oil tank and protection walls around the frame have been put forward, as well as the characteristics of frame structure. The adjusting, and speed of repulsing cylinder based on movement requirement of the press. improvement design of main cylinder pressure, ratio press powder forming process has been given as well as process
