摘　　要：切边圆盘剪是带钢精整设备的核心设备之一。本文阐述了圆盘剪的组成、结构、关键零件,并提出了一种圆盘剪刀片重叠量、剪切间隙的调整机构,研究、分析了圆盘剪参数的选择、力能参数的计算,对悬臂式圆盘剪的设计和计算作了一些探讨。The composition, structure and main parts of the edge trimming machine have been introduced in the text. A type of adjusting mechanism for overlap and cutting clearance has been proposed. The selection of trimming machine parameters and calculation of mechanical parameters has been analyzed. Some discussion about design and calculation of trimming machine has been put forward.
