摘  要:柿庄南区块位于沁水盆地东南部,沁水复向斜东翼南部转折端,目的层位是山西组3号煤层。该井一开采用清水钻井液,二开至下是盒子段采用聚合物钻井液,山西组为保护煤层采用中空玻璃微球钻井液。现场应用过程中,密度0.92~0.95g/cm3,漏斗黏度35~45s,利用玻璃微球降密度、增粘剂提粘切、降滤失剂降失水,保证钻井液低密度、强粘切和低失水的特点,漏失速率控制在0.5m3/h以内。现场应用SX-177、SX-181井组十余口井,平均机械钻速18.4m/h,平均建井周期20.18d,比设计周期(30d)缩短了9.82d。The Shizhuangnan block is located in the southeast of Qinshui basin, the juncture of the Qin- shui synclinorium, with the pay zones of No. 3 coal seam of Shanxi Formation. In the first interval, fresh water is applied, in the second interval, first of all, polymer drilling fluid is used, and then, hollow glass microsphere drilling fluid is applied. By using the drilling fluid in the well, the density covers from 0. 92/ cm3 to 0. 95 g/era3, the viscosity is from 35s to 45s. The fluid can keep the hole mechanics stability by using hollow glass microsphere reducing density, controlling theology behavior by thickening agent, devel- oping filter cake by raising filtrate reducer agent. All of those agents can keep the fluid low density, strong shear force and the loss rate can be controlled within 0. 5m3/h. The fluid is applied in more ten wells such as SX - 177, SX - 181. The average ROP is 18.4m/h, and the average completed well construction cycle is 20. 18d, which is shorter 9.82d than the design cycle.
