摘　　要：TRIZ理论是前人对大量发明专利进行研究分析后提取出来的可以用来解决发明创造的一种方法。该理论建立在辩证唯物主义观点之上,是辩证唯物主义在工程技术领域中应用的最好解释,其核心观点是:技术系统在产生和解决矛盾过程中是不断进化的。如今,该理论已经在工程技术领域取得了突飞猛进的发展,随着人们对TRIZ理论的深入研究,该理论的一些思想及方法逐渐开始渗透到非技术领域中,主要侧重于管理方面,并针对企业的特点提出改进原理。TRIZ theory is a method which is extracted by predecessors to solve inventions on analyzing a large number of patent research. It is based on dialectical materialism and got the best explanation. The core i- dea is：Technical system is continually evolved and nowadays it had made great progress in engineering. As the deep study on TRIZ, its thoughts and methods were gradually used in the non - technical fields, mainly in management and some improvements were put forward accordingly.
