摘　　要：通过对装甲兵传统的枪代炮射击训练进行分析,并结合稳像式火控系统射击的特点,得出射手要减小瞄准操作误差、提高射击密集度,必须掌握平稳跟踪目标的动作要领。由于缺乏训练和检验该动作要领的手段,设计并制作了实弹射击训练控制装置,提出检验训练合格的标准,从而使射手较好地掌握平稳跟踪目标的动作要领,提高了小型射击场的训练效率。经过部队和院校多轮训练使用,效果良好,且该装置已配发装甲兵部队。This paper analyses the main error through firing with Image-stabilized Tank Fire Control System,so the gunner must master the key way of smoothly and accurately tracking target to decrease the firing error and raise the shoot straight. Because of lacking of the device to train and detect the result,a Firing Training Control Device is designed and made,and the standard is raised for detecting the training result,in this way can the gunner master the key way. This device has been used many times and admeasured to the armor troops.
