摘  要:采用盐酸对贵州织金磷矿进行酸解,研究了盐酸浓度、反应时间、酸料比和温度等对磷矿中稀土浸出率的影响。结果表明,在下述最佳工艺条件下稀土浸出率可达98%以上:浓盐酸(11mol/L)、反应时间120min、酸料比2∶1、温度50℃。Zhijin collophanite from Guizhou province was leached by hydrochloric acid. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, time, ratio of acid to collophanite and temperature on leaching rate of rare earth (RE) were studied. The results show that RE leaching rate is 98% above under the optimum conditions including hydrochloric acid concentration of 11 mol/L, reaction time of 120 min, ratio of acid to collophanite of 2 : 1, and reaction temperature of 50 ℃.
