摘　　要：目的探讨使用解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对52例老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用解剖型股骨近端锁定钢板固定治疗，并进行随访，评估其疗效。结果随访4～24个月，平均14个月，患者骨折全部愈合，愈合时间11—16周，平均14周，术后无髋内翻、关节僵直、股骨短缩及断钉、断板等并发症发生。Harris评分优32例、良15例、可5例，优良率90．4％。结论解剖型锁定钢板固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折，固定稳定可靠，疗效确切，并发症少，是目前治疗此类疾病较佳的方法。Objective To observe the effects of anatomical locking plates on elder patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 52 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture received treatment with anatomical locking plates and were followed up to assess the efficacy. Results The follow - up visit lasted for 4 - 24 months （ 14 months in average）. The fracture was healed in each patient, with 11 -16 weeks of healing time, 14 weeks in average. No postoperative varus, joint stiffness, femoral shortening and broken nails, broken boards and other complications occurred. Harris scores were rated excellent in 32 cases, good in 15 cases, medium 5 cases, with a excellent and good rate of 90.4%. Conclusion Anatomic locking plate fixation can be adopted to treat elderly patients with intertroehanterie fractures, with reliable curative effects and fewer complications, which is considered as an excellent treatment for the disease.
