摘 要:油气井射孔完井过程中,射孔瞬间形成的巨大冲击加速度和压力会对射孔段管柱造成损伤,进而威胁到整个油气井管柱体系的安全性和可靠性,严重时会造成油气井事故。为获取射孔段管柱在射孔弹爆炸作用下的多个动态力学参量,设计了一套射孔段管柱动态载荷地面综合测试系统,利用该系统同步测得了射孔段管柱在射孔弹爆炸冲击下的加速度、应变和管柱外环压信息。该测试系统便捷可靠,实验方法科学合理,提高了实验效率。该研究为进一步分析研究射孔段管柱动态力学响应对整个井下管柱体系可靠性影响提供重要参考。In the course of perforated completion, the huge shock acceleration and pressure produced at the instantaneous perforation may cause damages to the perforation section column, then greatly threaten the safety and reliability of the entire oil well column system, and even cause the oil well accident. In order to get the dynamic mechanical parameters under the effect of perforating charge explosion, a comprehensive dynamic load test system has been designed, and the strain and column outer ring pressure information at the perforation section column have been got with this system. Test result shows that this system is convenient and reliable with reasonable experimental method, and could improve the efficiency of experiments. It provides an important reference for further analysis and research the entire column system reliability which is caused by column dynamic mechanical response to the perforated section.
