摘　　要：分析了影响中国石油兰州石化公司生产的中熔高刚聚丙烯（PP）注塑专用树脂（牌号为EP548 N）光泽度的主要因素,并对存在的问题进行了改进.结果表明,采用意大利Basell公司生产的ZN118催化剂,以美国Milliken公司生产的HPN 20 E为成核剂且加入量为（500～800）×10^-6,在乙烯质量分数为8.0％ ～8.5％,橡胶相质量分数为12.25％,二甲苯可溶物特性黏数/不溶物特性黏数为1.2～1.8的条件下,可制备光泽度高于60％的产品.The principal influence factors of gloss- iness of medium melt flow rate and high flexible modulus specialty polypropylene resin （injection moulding grade） produced by Lanzhou Petrochemi- cal Company were analyed,and the problems existed in production were resolved. The results showed that the product with glossiness above 60% was produced with ZN 118 （made by Basell Company, Italy） ascatalyst, HPN 20 E （ made by Milliken Company, US） as nucleating agent [ （500 - 800） × 10^-6 ] under the condition of the mass fraction of ethylene 8.0% - 8.5% and the mass fraction of rubber phase 12.25% ,the intrinsic viscosity ratio of xylene soluble fraction to xylene insoluble fraction 1.2 -1.8.
