摘  要:在美国Agilent公司制造的7500 CX型电感耦合等离子体质谱仪上,以硝酸为消解试剂,采用外标曲线结合内标校正法,建立了用于测定乙烯聚合Ti-Mg-Al催化剂的Mg,Al,Ti元素质量分数的定量分析法.结果表明,该方法可以同时测定催化剂中Mg,Al,Ti的元素质量分数.所测定的各元素计数值的长周期稳定性、试样的稀释重复性及试样分析的重复性均很好,三者相对标准偏差分别低于3.0%,5.0%(综合值),4.0%.各元素的加标回收率为96%~101%.The method for determining mass fraction of Mg, A1 and Ti in Ti - Mg - Al ethylene polymerization catalysts was established using Agilent 7500 CX inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with nitric acid as digestion reagent by external standard calibration combined with internal stand- ard calibration. The results showed that the mass fraction of Mg, Al and Ti in the catalyst could be determined in an single scan. The long period stability of each element measurement, the repeatability for sample dilution and the obtained massfraction resuhs of Mg, Al and Ti were good. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of them were less than 3.0% , 5.0% ( total RSD) and 4.0% respectively. The recoveries of addition standard of Mg, Al and Ti were in the range of 96% - 101%.
