摘　　要：探讨碳酸钙在PVC低发泡板挤出加工中,对发泡效果、加工性能及发泡板材料性能等的影响.试验结果表明：碳酸钙的粒径2 μm以下,其质量与PVC的质量比为3％～7％时,发泡效果和泡孔质量最佳,发泡制品强度最好.The effect of calcium carbonate on the foaming effect, processing properties and foam plate material properties in the extrusion of PVC low foaming plate are investigated. Experimental results show that when the particle size of calcium carbonate is less than 2 μm and the mass ratio of calcium carbonate to PVCis 3% to 7%, the foaming effect, foam quality, and strength of foam products are the best.
