摘  要:为了促进社会体育本科专业学生更好地适应社会需求,提升个人职业素养,笔者对江苏省社会体育本科专业学生就业情况、职业素养培养现状、困境及其成因进行了深入研究分析。研究认为:江苏省社会体育本科专业毕业生就业压力较大,学生的就业方向以企业和学校为主,从事对口工作的人相对较少;在职业教育过程中职业素养培养以就业理论指导为主,其中社会对口资源稀缺,课程设置与职业活动脱节,学校对职业活动的认识单一、整体观缺失,学生对职业素养认识不足,缺乏主动性等因素是造成社会体育本科专业学生职业素养培养困境的主要原因。In order to promote undergraduate students of social sports major to better meet social demands and professional occupation. The author analyzes Jiangsu province undergraduate social sports professional students employment, occupation literacy status, problems and causes. The research suggests that: Jiangsu province un dergraduate social sports graduates take shape. Due to the employment pressure, the school enrollment scale is reduced in different degree. Students mainly enter enterprises and schools. Few students find jobs that are relat ed to their majors. In the process of occupation education, the occupation literacy training is employment guid ance. There is lack of corresponding resources. The curriculum is not fit with activities. School has a single un derstanding of occupation. Students are lack of understanding of occupation accomplishment and lack of initia tive. These factors are the main reasons for the difficulties culture occupation literacy professional undergraduate students of social sports.
