城乡远程心电监测效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究城乡远程心电监测的效果。方法选择山西省6个县乡和6个城市社区卫生服务站1 997例受检者,比较心律失常检出率、就医费用及就医时间。结果县乡组比社区组受检者心律失常检出率高,就医费用高,就医时间长(P<0.05)。结论县乡开展远程心电监测检查可节省更多就医成本,效果更明显。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of transtelephonic electrocardiographic mornitoring （TTM） for the patients in county and city community. Methods One thousand nine hundred and ninety seventh patients in ShanXi province were enrolled in order to contrast the patients＇ cost and arrhythmia between 6 spots in county and 6 spots in city. Results Compared to city community,patients arrhythmia rate, expenditure and treatment time in county are higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TTM could save more cost for treatment.
