摘  要:印尼Kaji油田主要产层为灰岩储层,酸化措施是该地区常用的增产措施,而酸岩反应动力学参数如酸盐反应活化能、酸岩反应速度常数以及H+有效传质系数等是酸化设计所需的重要参数。阐述了灰岩与HCl的反应原理、各动力参数求取方法以及实验步骤;利用高温高压旋转岩盘腐蚀测定仪CRS-1000-35系统地测定了印尼Kaji油田某井常规盐酸、胶凝酸、转向酸的酸岩反应动力学方程和上述酸岩反应动力学参数,并对3种酸液体系进行了分析对比,为该地区酸压基质酸化优化设计和酸岩反应规律分析提供参考。Limestone is main producing layer of Kaji oil - field in Indonesia. And matrix acid and acid fracturing is common stimulation in this area. The kinetics parameters of acid rock reaction such as reaction dynamics equations, reaction activation energy, reaction rate constant, effective H^+ mass transfer coefficient are very important parameters in matrix acid and acid fracturing design. This paper, first, presents the reaction theory between limestone and hydrochloric acid, the way of getting dynamical parameters, improvement and optimization part and step of experiment. Secondly, by using corrosion reaction system ( CRS - 1000 - 35 ), conventional hydrochloric acid, gelled acid and self - diverting acid react with reservoir rock to obtain acid rock reaction kinetics parameters such as reaction dynamics equations, reaction activation energy, reaction rate constant, effective H + mass transfer coefficient, which can provide scientific foundation for acid fracturing/matrix acidizing design and analyzing on acid rock reaction law in this area.
