摘 要:为了解采空区中充填料浆所呈现的状态,基于充填对二步骤安全开采的重要性,本研究采用十字板剪切测试的方法,进行了不同浓度及配比充填料浆原状剪切应力Cu、扰动剪切应力C'u、灵敏度St参数的测试,并分析了这些指标的变化规律。结果表明:浓度较高的充填料浆具有较强的结构性,其原状剪切应力较大,扰动后强度大幅减小;料浆浓度很低时,剪切应力产生的压力不足以使剪切仪传感器产生明显变形,当浓度增加时料浆剪切应力增大;相同浓度的不同配比料浆,随着水泥量增大,剪切应力也随之增大,研究可为采空区充填工艺优化与改进提供依据。Considering the importance of the two-step safe mining system, we should know the states of filling slurry in complicated goal In this study, we used the method of field vane test on filling slurry with different concen- trations and mix proportions, then received several groups of indexes about undisturbed shear stress ( C_u) , disturbed shear stress( C'_u ) and sensibility( S_t ) , with analyzing the change law of the indexes. The results showed that high- concentration filling slurry bad more strong structural property and greater C_u , and by disturbing the high-concentra- tion filling slurry, the strength was decreased greatly. For the low concentration of slurry, there was no any obvious transfiguration of stress observed, shear stress increased with concentration of slurry. Also, the Cu increased with in- creasing concentration of cement for the same concentration and different mix proportions of slurry. Therefore, the studies can provide essential theoretical method and tactical support for the process optimization and improvement for the goaf filling slurry.
