对非“核刊”地方高校社科学报强刊之路的思考——以《石河子大学学报(哲学社会科学版)》为例

摘　　要：非"核心期刊"的地方高校社科学报数量众多,作为交流学术思想,浓化高校学术氛围,为地方经济社会发展服务的学术研究阵地,如何不断地提高刊物质量和核心竞争力,提升刊物的学术话语权和影响力,是地方高校社科学报面临的巨大挑战。在实践中应客观看待"核心期刊"或期刊索引来源期刊的遴选与评价,通过树立合理的办刊理念、找准学报发展定位、特色栏目、通过多种渠道开拓优质稿源、加强学术策划、建设高素质的编辑队伍等多种措施,探索不断提高非"核心期刊"的地方高校社科学报的办刊质量和学术影响力的特色化强刊之路。The number of ＂ non-core journals＂ of local Universities is growing. As the platform for the exchange of academic ideas, promotion of Academic atmosphere and the development of local economic and society, social academic journals of local universities face the challenge of constantly improving the quality of publications and core competitiveness, as well as strengthening academic discourse publications power and influence. This paper proposes that an objective view should be taken to the selection and evaluation of ＂core journals＂ and the source journal from periodical index. A reasonable idea should be formed of ？？ running the Journal and posing the direction for development, so as to construct columns with features, explore ways to obtain high-quality contributions, strengthen academic planning and establish high-quality editorial team, with the hope of improving the quality, the academic impact and specialties of ＂non-core journals＂ of local colleges and universities
