摘  要:研究树仔菜自毒作用,将树仔菜茎、叶浸提液分别设置10、50、90 g/L 3个浓度梯度,结果表明:树仔菜的酒精浸提液的抑制作用比水浸提液的抑制作用要强;在树仔菜种子发芽率、幼苗高度方面,各级浓度梯度的叶浸提液均比同等级浓度梯度的茎浸提液更能抑制树仔菜种子的萌发;在单株苗鲜重方面,叶水浸提液各级浓度均比同级别的茎浸提液的鲜重要略重,然而同级别的叶酒精浸提液比茎酒精浸提液的单株苗鲜重略轻。The experiment studied autotoxicity of Shuzaicai, and set up respectively 10 g/L, 50 g/L,90 g/L three concentrations gradient of stem and leaf extract of Shuzaicai.The experimental results showed that the inhibition of the Shuzaicai's alcoholic extract was stronger than that of water extract;in the seed germination, sprout height aspect, the different concentration gradient's leaf extract could better inhibite the seed germination than the stem extract of the same level concentration gradient, As the single seed's raw weight,the leaf extraet's different levels concentration was slightly heavier than the same level stem extract, but the leaf alcohol extract was a bit lighter than stem leaf alcohol extract at the same level.
